The main difference is the car compatibility. The full version is compatible with more car, it’s suitable for a repair shop. For personal use, the EU/US version is ok.

Please be noted that the charger are the same, we do not have it for EU plug. “EU Version Package” is named by the car compatibilty, it contains mostly european cars.

OBDPROG 501 One-click Free Upgrade Via WiFi:

501 supports one year free update, after one year you need to pay update fee. EU and US version update fee is about 149$ each year,the full version update fee is about 189$ each year
